School Business Manager
  • Salary:  Support: Grade 5 point 20 £32,597, pro rata to 42 weeks. Actual Salary - £30,062
  • Hours:  37:00 hours per week, 5 days per week, 42 weeks per year.
  • Job type: Part Time & Permanent.
  • Start Date: Summer Term 2 or sooner once checks are complete.

Cedars Park Primary School is part of The Oxlip Learning Partnership and is based in mid-Suffolk.  All schools within the Trust are located in an area of regeneration and rapid expansion.  The Trust is fully committed to delivering ambition, aspiration and excellence for all young people and the advertised post presents an exceptional opportunity to become part of a thriving organisation.  The Trust presently comprises of 8 schools, with three SEND centres for support with cognition and learning.

Your Role & Responsibilities

All staff employed within Oxlip Learning Partnership are required to support the culture and ethos of Trust schools as directed by the Chief Executive Officer.

All staff, including the Business Manager, are expected to accept, abide by, and promote the professional expectations and procedures as outlined in the Trust and school Handbooks, and are expected to adhere to, and actively support, all Trust and school policies.

All staff must undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service check and Safeguarding Training.

You will be required to:

    • To ensure the efficient and effective running of the school office.
    • To organise and supervise financial and administrative processes within the school. 
    • To provide administrative support to the Principal and Senior Leadership Team.
