Teaching Assistant
JOB DESCRIPTION
- £21,189 pro rata to 39 weeks per year.
- £14,765 per annum
- 30.25 hrs, Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 3:00 pm with 15 minutes for weekly staff briefing.
- Part time
- Permanent
- September 2023 or sooner.
We are looking for enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant to support teaching and learning within our school.
You will:
- demonstrate high expectations and bring the very best out in all pupils;
- be able to implement school policies, for example safeguarding, behaviour, teaching and learning;
- display excellent communication skills, work well as part of a team and be committed to sharing new ideas across our school and Trust;
- be able to liaise with teachers regarding the progress and support needs of pupils, as well as planning in order to have a positive impact on learning;
- be able to inspire, motivate, support and challenge pupils to promote inclusion;
- have the ability to establish a rapport and act as a role model for pupils, setting high expectations while promoting pupil well-being;
- be able to contribute to the planning and assessment for pupils;

JOB DESCRIPTION

- 30.25 hour per week, Monday – Friday, 8.30 am – 3pm with 15 minutes for weekly staff briefing, 39 weeks per year
- Fixed term for the duration that the child remains at the school
- Required from September 2023 or sooner.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant to promote and support the learning and personal development of a learner on a 1-2-1 basis.
You will:
- be able to implement school policies, for example safeguarding, behaviour, teaching and learning
- display excellent communication skills, work well as part of a team and be committed to sharing new ideas across our school and trust
- be able to liaise with teachers regarding the progress and support needs of the learner, as well as planning in order to have a positive impact on learning
- be able to inspire, motivate, support and challenge the learner to promote inclusion
- be able to contribute to the planning and assessment for the learner.
