Pupils are involved in setting their own targets and identifying their own "next steps" within lessons.
Where appropriate, pupils are consulted about how they wish to be supported in the classroom. These ideas are then shared with staff.

The School Council meets regularly and feeds back to staff and governors.
Phase Leaders and Subject Leaders use pupil questionnaires and pupil perception interviews in order to improve their practice.
